CompuLab doesn't provide sales or technical support for non-commercial entities, such as individuals, students and research institutions. The only exception is fit-PC. CompuLab also doesn't provide technical support for any user or company developing an application whose estimated annual consumption is less than 100 units.

Non-commercial users / developers of low-volume applications may buy CompuLab's products if support isn't required, although this is not recommended.  Orders may be placed only through a reseller. The reseller list is available following the [Sales & Support] >> [Contact] links.

When buying, you must follow the next guidelines :

• Don't buy an Eval Kit, since most of its price covers technical support, which is not provided.

• Instead, buy exactly the same cards as are in the Eval Kit. This is in order to ensure maximum compatibility with available software packages.

• Buy a set of accessories. This contains the same power supply and cables as in an Evaluation Kit and will help you start using the product.
