Clarifications
of fit-PC sale terms and policy
| As a product, fit-PC is identical to
the ENC-iGLX described here in the web-site. CompuLab uses the fit-PC brand name
to address a different market segment, to which it sells using different
terms and policies. |
fit-PC is offered to non-commercial
customers, as a finalized, end-user product. fit-PC sale terms don't match
the requirements of the embedded market, and it is not advertised in CompuLab's
web-site. The same product is offered for commercial customers - ENC-iGLX.
The difference in terms between the fit-PC and ENC-iGLX are:

| Reseller terms |

Resellers must avoid
forwarding to CompuLab questions from fit-PC users. Non-commercial
users and users who prefer to avoid purchasing an evaluation kit are
limited to the fit-PC user terms, as specified in the fit-PC
web-site. |

To act as a reseller of
fit-PC's (in contrast to the ENC-iGLX), the reseller must purchase it in
minimum batches
of 10* units. Then, the reseller can offer its own stock to
customers. The sale is registered solely on the reseller's name. CompuLab
does not register the names of purchasers of fit-PC. Reseller must avoid
reporting, discussing and forwarding to CompuLab any issues related
to the individual sales of fit-PC. |

Reseller is entitled to a
8% discount. (official resellers only, listed in CompuLab's
web-site).
This applies both for fit-PC and ENC-iGLX, in any quantity. |

Please note the difference:
selling fit-PC's should be done from reseller's stock, using
previously purchased items. On the other hand, selling ENC-iGLX is
done using CompuLab's regular terms, i.e. reseller can order even a
single unit for a specific (registered) customer. |
