notice about potential delivery delays

| Presently there is world-wide
shortage of electronic components, including memory, IC and capacitors.
Many of our suppliers delayed the delivery in the last moment, often right
on the confirmed shipment date. |
| We are making every possible
effort to obtain required components and manufacture ordered cards
according to confirmed delivery time. However there is a potential for
delivery delays. In order to minimize the impact of components shortage,
we are recommending to plan orders placement assuming potential slippage
of delivery time, even if it was confirmed. Please place orders with the
margin of at least several weeks. |

components shortage will pass over in 6 months or earlier. |
