fit-PC Eval kits and terms     

The fit-PC is offered both to commercial and non-commercial users with the following differences in sale terms:
commercial users' terms non-commercial users' terms Designated for commercial users projecting purchases of at least 100 units Designated for private users, students, and educational institutions, or other organizations expecting small quantity purchasing Must buy evaluation kit. Doesn't have to buy evaluation kit Entitled to a 45-day evaluation period. The order can be canceled and refunded if the user finds the product not suitable for his needs. Cancellation  terms No evaluation period. Sales are non-cancelable and non-returnable Entitled to 12 months of technical support No technical support Can order custom configurations, to optimize features / price according to specific requirements Can order only off-the-shelf configurations Sales are registered and tracked, similar to other CompuLab's embedded products Customer is not registered. Each sale is considered as one-time. Should buy through CompuLab's sales department Should buy through fit-PC web-site

Reseller terms
To act as a reseller for non-commercial users, the reseller will purchase the product in minimum batches of 100 units and then will sell directly to customers. Each sale is registered solely on the reseller's name. Resellers will not report to, discuss with or forward to CompuLab any issues related to non-commercial sales of fit-PC's. Resellers must avoid forwarding to CompuLab any questions from non-commercial users.
