support for 12 months |
Support for the first 12 months is covered by purchasing
an Eval Kit. The technical support contract specified
here is required only after the first 12 months, or for commercial users who
didn't buy Eval Kit at the first stage.
Note: CompuLab doesn't provide
technical support for non-commercial entities. |

| LCD Panel
compatibility verification and s/w adaptation |
CompuLab will check the
specifications of a particular LCD panel for compatibility to
the CoM graphics
controller. CompuLab will also configure a generic LCD
driver to support the requested panel. Panel
interface debugging will be performed by customer.
This service is limited to
the verification of up to three panels and one configuration of a generic driver for
particular panel.
Note: This service is
included in the Eval Kit price. It should be
ordered separately only if the customer asks for additional verifications
or adaptations. |

| Repair service after warranty expiration |
Following warranty expiration, service is
provided at fixed rates:
Card examination / testing - $50, for all cards regardless of test results, plus

Card repair - $80, only for repaired cards.

Service is provided for batches of 10 cards or more. Shipment
costs in both directions are the responsibility of the customer. Failing cards
are discarded; CompuLab ships back only functional cards.

| Manual
modification of card from stock
|
| This service allows evaluation of cards in configuration close to
user's custom target.
|
| Price: $240 per function.
|
|
For example,
modification of CM-iGLX-D256-C500-N512-E-AT to CM-iGLX-D128-C500-N128
requires changes of two functions and removal of two others, so its
price is $240*4. Modifications requiring too complicated actions are not
offered.
